We are not a government department or agency. All user-submitted data is securely processed and forwarded to the respective official platforms via our authorized CSC channel.

Key Service Channels

Where applicable, services are submitted through official portals. Selected examples include:

  • PAN Card Applications: via NSDL / Digital India Portal through our CSC channel.
  • Voter ID Applications: via Voter Service Portal (forwarded through CSC).
  • Passport & PCC Applications: via Passport Seva Portal through CSC.
  • Financial Services: delivered in partnership with Gromo and other authorized providers.
  • Udyam/MSME Services: submitted/assisted via official Udyam portal through CSC.

Our Role

Our role is strictly limited to assisting users in preparing, submitting, and forwarding applications to the appropriate official portals via CSC. Final processing, verification, approval, rejection, or any other official decision is the sole responsibility of the respective government departments or third-party service providers.

Liability

Digital Seva Net shall not be liable for any delays, rejections, or discrepancies that arise from third-party processing. Users are responsible for ensuring all information supplied is accurate. Any consequence arising from incorrect user data is the user’s responsibility.
