Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made on our platform are generally non-refundable. Refunds are granted only under the specific conditions outlined in this policy. Please review all service terms carefully before making a payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only when an application has been officially rejected by the relevant government department or portal.
Conditions for Eligible Refunds:
- A 2% transaction fee (charged by Razorpay) will be deducted.
- An 18% GST on the transaction fee will also be deducted.
- Refunds are not applicable for applications with incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect user-provided data.
Refund Process
- Initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving official rejection confirmation.
- Credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing time may cause additional delays.
Payment Method
All payments are securely processed via the Razorpay Payment Gateway. For payment-related issues, you may need to contact your bank or Razorpay directly.
Refund Calculation Example
Cancellations
Once an application is submitted to the government portal via CSC, cancellation is not possible and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
