- Refunds are not applicable for applications that are incomplete or incorrectly filled. Users must ensure that all information is correct before submission.
Refund Process
If your application qualifies for a refund, the refund process will be initiated within 7-10 business days of receiving a rejection confirmation from the relevant department. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Transaction Fee (2%): ₹20
- GST on Transaction Fee (18%): ₹3.60
- Total Deduction: ₹23.60
- Refund Amount: ₹976.40
