Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digital Seva Net, we strive to provide transparent services. This policy explains the conditions for refunds and cancellations for services processed through our authorized CSC channels.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made on our platform are generally non-refundable. Refunds are granted only under the specific conditions outlined in this policy. Please review all service terms carefully before making a payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only when an application has been officially rejected by the relevant government department or portal.

Conditions for Eligible Refunds:

  • A 2% transaction fee (charged by Razorpay) will be deducted.
  • An 18% GST on the transaction fee will also be deducted.
  • Refunds are not applicable for applications with incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect user-provided data.

Refund Process

  • Initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving official rejection confirmation.
  • Credited to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing time may cause additional delays.

Payment Method

All payments are securely processed via the Razorpay Payment Gateway. For payment-related issues, you may need to contact your bank or Razorpay directly.

Refund Calculation Example

Transaction Amount: ₹1,000.00
Less: Transaction Fee (2%): - ₹20.00
Less: GST on Fee (18%): - ₹3.60
Final Refund Amount: ₹976.40

Cancellations

Once an application is submitted to the government portal via CSC, cancellation is not possible and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
