A 2% transaction fee applies to all payments, along with an additional 18% GST on the transaction fee. Payments made on our platform are generally non-refundable. Refunds are processed only for rejected applications, subject to the deductions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Our services are limited to facilitating form submissions and application forwarding. We do not guarantee the approval of any application. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by errors or policies of the respective official departments or agencies. Users agree to comply with the guidelines and requirements of the respective official portals, such as Digital India Portal and Passport Seva Portal.
