1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Digital Seva Net, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Service
Digital Seva Net is a private service facilitator assisting in form‑filling and forwarding to official portals. We are not affiliated with any government department and do not guarantee any outcome.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information. We are not liable for delays or rejections resulting from incorrect data.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Fees and Payment
All payments go through Razorpay Payment Gateway. A 2% transaction fee plus 18% GST on that fee applies. Payments are non‑refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Service Limitations
We only facilitate submission of your forms. Final approval, processing times, and decisions are controlled by the respective official portals (e.g., Digital India Portal, Voter Service Portal, Passport Seva Portal).
7. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described there.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Motihari, Bihar.

In accordance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
