1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Digital Seva Net, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Nature of Service

Digital Seva Net is a CSC-operated private service facilitator. We assist in form-filling and forwarding applications to official government portals via authorized CSC channels.

We are not a government department and do not guarantee outcomes. Final approval or rejection lies with the concerned official department.

3 User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We will not be responsible for delays, penalties, or rejections resulting from incorrect user data.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5 Fees and Payment

Payments are processed via Razorpay. A 2% transaction fee plus 18% GST on that fee is applicable. Payments are non-refundable, except as per our Refund Policy.

6 Service Limitations

Our role is limited to facilitating form submission. We do not control approval/rejection, official processing timelines, or government portal downtime.

7 Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the forwarding of your data to relevant government portals or authorized partners.

8 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar.
